Our shipping charges are based on the value of your order and your shipping address:

Shipping to UK
   Orders up to £20, Royal Mail 1st Class, £2.75 + VAT
   Orders £20.01 to £100, Courier signed for service, £5.95 + VAT
   Orders over £100, Free Of Charge

Shipping to Europe
   Orders up to £20, Royal Mail Airmail, £4.45 + VAT
   Orders over £20, Courier signed for service, £13.95 + VAT

Shipping to The Rest of the World
   Orders up to £20, Royal Mail Airmail, £7.95 + VAT
   Orders over £20, Courier signed for service, £25.00 + VAT

Returns Policy
Faulty goods will be replaced on a 'no quibble' basis (fair wear and tear excepted). No goods should be returned without prior authorisation and a returns number being issued. Please contact our office sales@fireballsports.com to arrange any returns.

Cooling-off-Period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-books) where the item has been downloaded.

To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling off period, please email sales@fireballsports.com
to request a returns number.

Please note that you will be responsible for for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.

Customs
When ordering goods from Fireball Sports for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact you local customs office for further information.
